Que friega, luego de varias semanas de intenso trabajo y sacrificio, he bajado ya 10 kilos, puro ejercicio, puro esfuerzo real, de dieta simplemente como menos, y no tomo refrescos.
Aunque se escuche muy padre, aun me falta una buena cantidad de kilos para lograr el objetivo, y las visitas al Carls Jr se han reducido enormemente.
